Our New Cousin, Nathaniel

This is our new cousin, Nathaniel Matthew Skinner. He was born Dec 23. Ethan and Jacob went over to his house and gav him a bath.

Christmas 2009

Christmas was a crazy, blessed day. The boys got to see both sides of the family, as well as welcome their new cousin. I hope you enjoy the following snapshots of the day as much as the boys enjoyed their Christmas.

Freedom

Ethan has finally gotten the hang of peddling. It has taken him a really long time to get the hang of it, and it doesn't really last long but here is the best we have gotten so far. It won't be long before he will want to go all the way away from me. :(

Trick or Treat '09

Ethan and Jacob had a great Trick or Treat this year. Ethan was Superman and Jacob was Batman. Thursday night we went to the Milton's house for a party and Trick or Treat, the boys got to wear their costumes to school on Friday, and we went Trick or Treating with the Fosters Saturday night. Needless to say, we got our money's worth out of the costumes. The boys also got a lot of use out of the pumpkin baskets from Aunt Mildred.

ABC Boys

Ethan has been learning his ABC's. Jacob is trying to learn them also. We listen to a CD that different people sing. Jacob really likes it when the army men sing the song.

Bike Riding

The boys think they are big stuff when riding with Nana. Nana and Pops now taking them riding whenever they want because Nana and Pops are fit!

Special birthday wishes for Uncle Matt

Ethan and Jacob's Uncle Matt is currently serving our country in Afghanistan. Tomorrow is his birthday. Because we can not call and sing "Happy Birthday" to Uncle Matt, we decided this would be the best way to send him birthday wishes. We are praying for Uncle Matt and love him.
